Management
As a management company we are focused on client retention: keeping the client satisfied from the initial search for space to meeting their needs as the company develops over the years.

On site physical maintenance: team of building managers who are responsible for the upkeep of the building's interior/exterior environment. We strive to provide pleasant, well kept buildings for our tenants.

We understand that when visitors/clients enter into the building that their first impression starts when they walk in the door and we wish to provide our tenants with an environment that will only enhance their productivity. There is always direct access to our office staff who will provide a quick response to the tenants needs. From changing light bulbs to painting walls, we guarantee continual service.

Career Summary:

Beth's career has encompassed a diverse background in property management including management assignments for individual owners, partnerships and institutional investors and representing commercial, industrial and residential real estate investments.

Beth is leading the Target Management & Leasing property management portfolio, and, with her strong sense of professionalism and her understanding of complex multiple inter-personal and professional relationships, is able to meet owner and tenant demands through strategic thinking, resourcefulness and action.

Career Summary:

Dan's career began with construction of more than $150,000,000 in new construction of commercial/industrial/medical facilities. Dan was a leading developer in the Ohio, Florida and Indiana. His background of property development made him a prime candidate for property management of Class "A" and Class "B" building with the ability to renovate the properties so that there value increased exponentially.

Dan is one of the largest property managers for the Springdale area. He has personally managed Princeton Hill for Great Lakes Reit with Anthem as the main tenant. He received outstanding tenant survey results from Anthem four consecutive years in a row. Encompassing the property management Dan has also added an Ohio Real Estate Brokerage Licensing to his credentials and manages other leasing agents.

With Dan's engineering background he is proficient with AutoCad giving him the ability to provide adequate solutions for a tenants space plan. This is a service that we provide for all of our tenants at the beginning of their lease, through their lease, and during their extensions.

Dan Wheeler is a developer, engineer, property manager, broker, and owner of real estate. All of these credentials help facilitate in Target Management's ability to be equipped as a multifaceted company giving us the ability to assume a predominant role within the Cincinnati market.
